It's like "coffee circle filing" -- the most important documents are always in the top layers or have the most coffee rings on them.
Ha! "Coffee circle filing." I like that, have to remember it. In my case it's tea.
I get into trouble when I want to get something of lower priority; I have to dig and move stuff, which knocks the important stuff off the top.
